How to create labels in Microsoft Word

Designing labels in Microsoft Word is easier than ever. Simply insert your text or images into each cell and print using your laser or inkjet printer. Follow the steps below to get started.

Adding Text to Your Labels:
  1. Place your cursor inside any of the label cells.
  2. Start typing your text.
  3. Click on another cell to continue.
Adding Images / Pictures to Your Labels:
  1. Place your cursor where you want to insert the graphic.
  2. Go to the "Insert" menu and select "Pictures.".
  3. Select the file you want to use.
  4. Click the "Insert" button.
