At Thai KK Industry Co., Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order only in the following cases:

  • The product received is incorrect or incomplete compared to the order

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The product is lost or damaged during shipping

  • The product does not match the product description shown on our website

In these cases, Thai KK Industry Co., Ltd. will be fully responsible for replacement or refund, in accordance with this policy.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (unless company error applies)

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Take clear photos or videos of the product (including damage or incorrect items)

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
